Faisal is a senior SRE professional based in Melton South, Victoria, Australia. He works full-time in Site Reliability Engineering and runs Smart Infra Ops to bring enterprise-grade infrastructure to small and mid-sized businesses at a price they can actually afford.
His expertise spans the full infrastructure stack: from bare-metal Proxmox clusters and Kubernetes orchestration to Cloudflare Zero Trust networking, full observability with Prometheus/Grafana/Loki, and Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Terragrunt.
We do not sell proprietary platforms. We build on proven open-source software that you own and control.
